Maputo (MOZTIMES) – The Mozambican government has opened a formal dispute with the French oil and gas company, TotalEnergies, over how much the French company is entitled to claim for expanses incurred during the period when its liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in the northern province of Cabo Delgado was at a standstill because of security concerns.
