Pemba (MOZTIMES) – Islamic State-backed insurgents are intensifying the recruitment of children in Cabo Delgado as the rainy season approaches, a period generally used to train new recruits.
In September and October alone, dozens of children have been captured and taken to insurgent bases, where they are radicalised and trained as jihadists.
