Maputo (MOZTIMES) - The Mozambican government on Tuesday ruled out retaliatory measures against South Africa despite growing concerns over xenophobic attacks targeting migrants, including Mozambicans, and insisted that dialogue remains the only viable solution.

Government spokesperson and Health Minister Ussene Isse said the government is working closely with Pretoria to protect affected citizens and facilitate the reintegration of those who have returned into Mozambican society.
