Maputo (MOZTIMES) – Mozambique’s relief agency, the National Disaster Management Institute (INGD), on Wednesday distributed humanitarian aid to about 600 Mozambicans who had fled from anti-foreigner riots in South Africa.
They arrived at the Ressano Garcia border post, where the authorities organised onwards transport to their provinces of origin – Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane in the south and Manica province in the central region.
