Maputo (MOZTIMES) – Russia and Mozambique are seeking to transform decades of political ties into broader economic cooperation, with energy, mining, agriculture, transport and digitalization identified as key areas for future investment, while security cooperation against terrorism in Cabo Delgado remains a central pillar of the relationship.
