Maputo (MOZTIMES) - Mozambicans are being fooled into applying for grants from the European Union which do not exist.
The fake adverts make improper use of the names of the European Union and of Mozambican government institutions. But the fraudsters have made mistakes: for instance, they refer to the “Ministry of Economy and Finance”, but currently no Mozambican ministry uses that name.
