Maputo (MOZTIMES) - Mozambique has ratified a landmark United Nations agreement aimed at protecting marine biodiversity in international waters, joining global efforts to safeguard ecosystems that lie beyond national jurisdictions.
The Council of Ministers approved the ratification of the agreement adopted in June 2023 under the framework of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
