Maputo (MOZTIMES) - Mozambique’s Higher Institute of Strategic Studies (AAEE) “is not just an educational institution”, declared President Daniel Chapo on Wednesday.
“It’s a strategic academy for the Mozambican state”, he said. “It’s a space where the strategic thinking of the Mozambican State is forged, a real factory of citizens committed to the defence of the Mozambican motherland, the defence of sovereignty, the defence of our national independence, and, above all of the national interest”.
