Pemba (MOZTIMES) – Mozambique’s counterterrorism operations in the northern province of Cabo Delgado face growing questions over financial sustainability as the European Union funding that supports both Mozambican forces and the Rwandan military deployment approaches the end of its current implementation phase, President Daniel Chapo said on Wednesday.
